Ensuring Excellence in Every Profile

Our QC Process

Quality control is vital at BCSSPL, ensuring our steel pro les meet the highest standards. This rigorous process maintains safety, structural integrity, and customer satisfaction while preventing issues like product recalls or legal troubles. Our inspections include visual checks for surface defects, dimensional checks for accuracy, and corrosion testing.

We also use advanced methods like ultrasonic testing, spectrometric analysis, dye penetrant testing, and metallographic analysis to identify and address potential problems. At BCSSPL, we use advanced inspection methods to make sure our steel pro les are top-notch, durable, and reliable. This means they meet the high standards of various industries, offering better mechanical properties, a longer lifespan, and superior performance of the materials.

1.
T Bend Tester

The T bend tester is specially designed to assess the flexibility, specifically the T bending performance of colour coated steel plates
2.
Pencil Hardness Tester
The pencil hardness tester offers an easy way to check the hardness of a coating applied to a flat surface. It involves drawing pencil leads of known hardness across the coated surface with a constant applied mass.
3.
Cross Hatch Cutter
The crosshatch tester is designed to assess the durability of paint or related coatings by creating a right-angle lattice pattern cut into the coating, penetrating through to the substrate. It allows for the evaluation of the resistance to separation of individual layers of the coating from each other, especially in multi-coat systems.
4.
Impact tester
Falling-weight testers, also known as Tubular Impact Testers, help define reproducible impact conditions to assess the risk of damage to various surface coatings. With the BEVS1601/3 model, pass/fail limits can be set, and the coating can be classified based on its performance
5.
Conical Mandrel Bending Tester
The Conical Mandrel Bending Tester is a study mechanical device used to assess the elasticity, adhesion, and elongation of dried paint on sheet metal. It accommodates samples up to 70mm in width, and is constructed of stainless steel and high-quality steel, ensuring a durable and compact design suitable for desktop use. With its simple and efficient operation, it's perfect for quick and easy testing.
6.
The Rockwell Hardness Testing
Machine The Rockwell Hardness Testing Machine is a highly durable mechanical device used to measure the elasticity, adhesion, and elongation of sheet metal. It provides robust testing capabilities and ensures accurate results for various applications.
7.
Cupping test machine
A cupping test machine is a device that measures the drawability of sheet metal sheets by creating an indentation in the material. The machine is used to test the quality of metal products and the elastic properties of paint
