Mr. Nitin Gupta, has been leading Bombay Coated & Special Steels from the forefront. His leadership has been pivotal in transforming the business from a trading company to a significant player in the home appliance sector. He has been instrumental in scaling the operations of the company, under his leadership business has scaled multi-fold in the past two decades with processing centres across India, including NCR(North India), Maharashtra(Western India)and Sricity-Chennai (Southern India). His determination, passion and strategic vision has led to effective management of company's growth and diversification. With his strategic vision and collective grit, the company aims to be the largest non-mill-owned service centre in the next three years.

Mr. Shashi Rawat has joined us as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He brings a wealth of experience and expertise, with a remarkable 34 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Rawat holds an MBA in Marketing and has built a distinguished career across several leading organizations. He has worked with Hero Steels Ltd, followed by a few years at Bhushan Group. Prior to joining us, he served at Lloyds Steels Industries Ltd, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. Throughout his career, Mr. Rawat has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, making him an invaluable asset to our organization as we continue to pursue our mission and expand our impact.

Mr. Anish Arora brings vast experience and expertise to our company to support our growth strategies, with an impressive background in the steel industry, and previously held leadership positions at TATA Steel and POSCO. Having years of experience in driving Marketing & Business Development excellence, he is leading our Sales & Marketing Affairs, Customer Relations Management, Business Development and  Plant operations. 

Mr. Vipin Sharma has joined us as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He will be responsible for the company's HR, Administration, IT and security departments.   Mr. Vipin Sharma is an experienced professional with around 28 years of rich experience. After completing his studies, he worked with various organizations like Escorts, PVR, DLF and POSCO. His last assignment was with POSCO Group as Head- HR & Admin, IT and Security for all the processing centres and offices across India.   He has spent the last 4 years advising startups and mid-sized companies in developing and strengthening their governance, operations, and business models from the ground up.
